Mahjong Points Support
The easy way to score Hong Kong mahjong: tap the tiles you're holding and the app works out the fan, the points, and who pays — with a running four-player scoreboard.
How it works
- Tap your tiles — tap the real tiles in your winning hand and the scoring patterns are detected automatically. A live readout shows your total fan and points.
- See exactly why — tap the green score to open a breakdown of every pattern that counted, the fan it's worth, and how the total converts to points.
- How you won — choose Self Draw or By Discard, set your seat wind and the round wind, and flag special wins like concealed hand, robbing the kong, last catch, or a heavenly / earthly hand.
- Scoreboard — record each win and every player's running total updates, with a leader crown, one-tap undo, and separate seasons. Tap any past hand to review the exact tiles it was made from.
- Reference — a searchable glossary of every scoring pattern, in English and Chinese. Tap a pattern to load an example hand into the calculator.
- Language — the app follows your phone's language automatically (English or Bahasa Indonesia).
Troubleshooting
- It won't let me record a win — make sure you've entered a complete winning hand. A standard hand is 14 tiles; each kong adds one more, up to 18.
- The fan looks higher than expected — tap the green score to see the breakdown. Bonuses like No Flowers (無花) add fan on their own.
- I want to start a fresh night — create a new season in Settings, or use Reset to clear the current season's scores (players are kept).
- Wrong language — the app follows your iOS language; you can also switch it in Settings.
