Todori Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
Summary
Todori ("the App") does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, usage analytics, or device information to the developer or to any third party. Everything you create in the app stays on your device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud Drive — under your Apple ID, never accessible to us.
What information is collected
None. Todori has no backend server, no account system, no login, and no analytics. We never see your projects, tasks, notes, photos, due dates, or location.
What information is shared with third parties
None. No third-party SDKs, advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers are integrated.
Where your data is stored
Todori is a local-first app. Your projects and tasks are stored as files on your device. If you point Todori at a folder in your iCloud Drive (the "Glowy-Todo" folder), iOS syncs those files across your own devices through your personal iCloud account. That sync is strictly between you and Apple iCloud — there is no developer server in the middle and we have no access to the contents. Photos you attach to a task are saved as image files alongside the project they belong to.
Permissions Todori may ask for
Each of the following is optional, used only for the feature it enables, and processed entirely on your device. None of this information is transmitted to the developer or any third party.
- Location (including "Always"). Used only to power place-based reminders — for example, reminding you of a task when you arrive home. Your location is evaluated on your device to trigger a local notification; it is never logged, stored on a server, or shared. "Always" access is requested so a place reminder can fire even when the app isn't open. You can use the rest of the app fully without granting it.
- Camera. Used only when you choose to snap a photo to attach to a task. The photo is saved with your task files; the app does not upload it anywhere.
- Photo Library. When you choose to attach an existing photo, iOS's photo picker lets you pick one. The app only receives the photo you select.
- Calendar. If you grant it, Todori can add a task's due date to your calendar. Events are written to your own calendar on your device; nothing is sent to the developer.
- Notifications. Used to deliver the task reminders you set. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
Children's privacy
Because Todori collects no data of any kind, it complies with COPPA and similar regulations by design.
