About Todori
Todori is a multi-project to-do app for iPhone. Organize tasks into separate projects — a move, a trip, work, groceries — each with its own categories, due dates, reminders, and photo attachments. Todori is local-first: your data lives on your device and can optionally sync across your own devices through a folder in your iCloud Drive. No account, no servers, no ads.
Syncing across your devices
- In Todori, choose a folder inside your iCloud Drive (the "Glowy-Todo" folder) as your storage location.
- Your projects are saved there as files, and iOS syncs them through your own iCloud account.
- Point each of your devices at the same iCloud folder to see the same projects.
Place-based reminders
When adding a task you can turn on "Remind me at a place." Todori will notify you when you arrive at the location you choose — for example, a grocery reminder when you reach the store. This needs Location permission set to "Always" (Settings › Todori › Location) so the reminder can fire even when the app isn't open. All location checking happens on your device; your location is never sent anywhere.
Troubleshooting
- My projects aren't syncing to my other device. Make sure both devices are signed into the same iCloud account, have iCloud Drive turned on, and are pointed at the same folder in Todori. Give iCloud a moment to upload and download.
- A place reminder didn't fire. Check that Settings › Todori › Location is set to "Always," and that Notifications are allowed (Settings › Todori › Notifications).
- I can't attach a photo. For the camera, allow camera access in Settings › Todori. For existing photos, the picker doesn't need special permission — just select the photo.
- A due date didn't appear in my calendar. Allow calendar access in Settings › Todori › Calendars.
